New from the FEI regarding Bomber bits
(July 27, 2018)We just received news from the FEI late on Wednesday that all of the bits we submitted for approval this year have been past.
The FEI is re-writing the bit rules, one of the new rules will unfortunately have a big impact, the rule is as follow:
"3.2.3 Bridoons where the centre link(s) of the bit can lock and have the effect of a mullen mouth snaffle are not permitted."
This will remove the Ultra Comfy Lock Up, Lock Up and Elliptical Lock Up from the list of legal bridoons. (FROM 31ST AUGUST)
The DC Morgan has been approved but am waiting to see which cheek design will be allowed.
