Online and Telephone Orders:

Delivery

Delivery is subject to stock availability and is charged at Royal Mail 1st Class. However, depending on the value and weight  of the order items may be sent First Class Recorded or Special Delivery Post .

We aim to dispatch items on the same day but should the bit not be in stock our end we will contact the supplier and let you know by return of dispatch date.

Although we do our very best to keep as many sizes in stock, there are occasions, where we will need to order your item especially in for you. You will be advised if this is the case in your confirmation email along with an estimated delivery time.

If you require an item urgently please contact us before placing your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason or you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us within fourteen days of receipt of goods and we will be happy to exchange or refund as long as the product is in the condition it was received, unused and in its orginal packaging. Postage and packing charges are non refundable unless the item was faulty. We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this, we would have to increase the price of our products, which we would really rather not do. We advise that if you are returning a product that you use a recordable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post.

Faulty goods

In the rare and unfortunate event of your product been faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on 01664 812298.

Changing or cancelling your order:

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Once you have confirmed your order we are unable to amend it.  If you wish to cancel your order please call 01664 812298 (If your order has been processed in the warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back)

Paying

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard credit cards, as well as Solo, Visa and Maestro debit cards.

The online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner or top of the page to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.

To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website Vat inclusive. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Cookies

The online shopping function of the site uses cookies to speed up the ordering process. These are small text files, which are sent to your computer and enable our website to recognise you. They are not computer programmes and are incapable of reading any material on your hard disk or disseminate viruses. They only contain such information as you have provided to us on the website. You can set up your computer so that it rejects cookies, but in doing so you will be unable to use the shopping facility on the site.
